Location was great, close to a charming town and beautiful hills for hiking. The spa facilities were nice and it was great to have access to both thermal and cold pools. The staff was also friendly and welcoming.
The room was outdated and not very clean. We found a lot of dust and the bathroom had a stale smell.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the center of this city was perfect, with easy access to transportation. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Location was great as it was close to a few shops, and the exterior of the hotel was beautiful with the well-maintained garden. the staff was friendly too. An added bonus was the Christmas carol singers in the lobby.
The rooms were quite dated and not very cozy. the breakfast was not very good and the hot items were cold.
